The Undersea Shell Game, now available on Amazon in both Kindle and published book form, was created through an assisted publishing process. In a series of multiple blog entries I plan to review the entire process from writing the book, editing, proofing, cover design right through to the publishing process with Create Space and Kindle Direct Publishing.
